Aspen Shores is a waterfront community located on the banks of the historic Columbia River in unincorporated Douglas County just outside of East Wenatchee, Washington.
The community include 43 homes and 7 parcels where residents enjoy a waterfront lifestyle uncommon in the area. Residents enjoy spectacular views of the mighty Columbia, Jumpoff Ridge, and Mission Ridge.
The community is well-situated off of Highway 28 and conveniences and amenities are nearby. Residents enjoy golfing at The Highlander, wine tasting at Martin Scott Winery, both just five minutes away. Fruit stands, orchard and Pangborn airport are all nearby.
Shopping is also nearby with Costco, Safeway, Fred Meyer and Macys but a six minute drive. Shopping in downtown Wenatchee and dining at Pybus Public Market are also just minutes away.
Aspen Shores has different styles of homes to fit all lifestyles. Some homes enjoy low-bank waterfront while others enjoy spectacular views. The community also has two RV/Boat parking lots, a private park and a secluded river beach cove.
